Little and often is an approach that runs through all of my support programmes and teaching.
It has evolved through my career in behaviour change and public health, and from supporting thousands of people to move more with confidence.
As a leader in developing and delivering national health programmes, a Pilates teacher and a certified health coach, I've seen a consistent pattern: people are often given information, advice or programmes to follow, but not always the support, confidence or space they need to make change feel possible.
For me, lasting change isn't about doing everything at once. It's about finding small opportunities to do something a little differently, a little more often.
I believe our bodies don't need perfect solutions, they need options.
Whether I'm supporting someone living with a long-term condition, those recovering from injury or looking to improve their wellbeing, my focus is always the same: to meet people where they are, build confidence and create change that lasts.

HEALTH COACHING
A supportive group coaching programme to help people living with long-term health conditions build confidence, develop sustainable habits and feel more in control of their health.
Living with a long-term condition can bring uncertainty, changes in symptoms and challenges around knowing what to do next.
This programme is for people who want to better understand their own needs, build confidence and make realistic changes that support their health and wellbeing.

6 x 45-minute live group coaching sessions delivered over 8 weeks

Small supportive groups (maximum 5 participants)

Practical tools, reflection exercises and actions between sessions

Designed for workplaces looking to support employee wellbeing, engagement and sustainable behaviour change, LITTLE + OFTEN workshops combine evidence-based education with simple, practical strategies people can use straight away.

WE DO PILATES
For people wanting to build strength, prevent injury or manage their symptoms.
I'm based in Sussex, and teach clients in their homes, in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill areas.
No special equipment or experience needed, just comfy clothes and room to move in.
I trained with the experts at Body Control Pilates and have been teaching since 2019.
